压痛点密集型银质针疗法治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床效果

摘要
目的:观察压痛点密集型银质针疗法治疗膝关节骨关节炎(KOA)的临床效果.方法:纳入 2022 年 12 月—2023 年 6 月济南市章丘区中医医院针灸科收治的 80 例KOA患者,随机分为两组.毫针组(n=40,给予毫针温针灸治疗)和银质针组(n=40,给予压痛点密集型银质针治疗),两组疗程均为4 周.观察两组临床效果、治疗前后膝关节疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、膝关节功能(WOMAC骨关节炎指数)及不良反应发生情况.结果:银质针组总有效率高于毫针组(P<0.05);治疗后,银质针组膝关节疼痛程度评分、膝关节功能评分均低于毫针组(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率均为5%.结论:压痛点密集型银质针疗法治疗KOA可有效减轻疼痛,改善膝关节功能,效果确切.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of intensive silver needle therapy with tenderness points in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Method:Eighty patients with KOA admitted to the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department of Jinan Zhangqiu District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2022 to June 2023 were included and randomly divided into filiform needle group(n=40,given filiform needle warming acupuncture and moxibustion treatment)and silver needle group(n=40,given intensive silver needle therapy with tenderness points treatment),the course of treatment of both groups was 4 weeks.The clinical effect,the degree of knee pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)],knee function(WOMAC osteoarthritis index)before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the silver needle group was higher than that of the filiform needle group(P<0.05).After treatment,the knee joint pain score and knee joint function score of the silver needle group were lower than those of the filiform needle group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5%in both groups.Conclusion:The intensive silver needle therapy with tenderness points can effectively alleviate pain and improve knee joint function in the treatment of KOA,with definite results.
