Influence of Hysteromyoma Removal by Extrusion + Threading on Clinical Outcome of Patients Undergoing Caesarean Section
Objective:To study the influence of hysteromyoma removal by extrusion+threading on clinical outcome of patients undergoing caesarean section.Method:A total of 81 pregnant women in Xinyu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2020 to December 2022 were included in the study.Among them,45 pregnant women with hysteromyoma were included as the observation group, which hysteromyoma were removed with extrusion + threading method during cesarean section;36 pregnant women without hysteromyoma were selected as the control group. The differences of amount of intraoperative bleeding, length of postoperative hospital stay, postpartum hemorrhage rate and postpartum fever rate were observed.Result:In the observation group, the intraoperative bleeding volume was(289.1±57.2)mL,length of postoperative hospital stay was(4.94±0.60)days;in the control group, the intraoperative bleeding volume was(277.5±49.5)mL,length of postoperative hospital stay was(4.86±0.70)days;both groups had no postpartum hemorrhage or fever;the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:During caesarean section, extrusion + threading method is used to hysteromyoma removal, which will not increase the amount of intraoperative bleeding, postpartum bleeding, fever, nor prolong the postoperative hospital stay.
