Clinical Value of Echocardiography Combined with Serum Hypersensitive C Reactive Protein in Predicting Prognosis of Hypertensive Heart Disease
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of echocardiography combined with serum hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)level in predicting the prognosis of hypertensive heart disease.Method:A total of 80 patients with hypertensive heart disease who received medical treatment in Shandong Provincial Taishan Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, and 70 healthy people who underwent physical examination in Shandong Province Taishan Hospital were recruited and recorded as observation group and reference group, respectively.Left ventricular outflow velocity-time integral(LVOT-VTI),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and hs-CRP levels were compared between the two groups. The observation group was followed up for 1 year and divided into poor prognosis group and good prognosis group according to the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events. The prognostic value of echocardiography and hs-CRP on admission to hypertensive heart disease patients was observed.Result:The echocardiography levels of LVOT-VTI,LVEDD,LVESD and hs-CRP in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).In the observation group, good prognosis accounted for 80.00%and poor prognosis accounted for 20.00%.The levels of LVOT-VTI,LVEDD,LVESD and hs-CRP in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group(P<0.05),and LVOT-VTI,LVEDD,LVESD and hs-CRP were all influential factors for the poor prognosis of hypertensive heart disease(P<0.05).The AUC values of LVOT-VTI,LVEDD,LVESD,hs-CRP and the combined prediction of poor prognosis in hypertensive heart disease patients were 0.791,0.802,0.821,0.813,0.892,respectively(P<0.05).The combined AUC values of the four indexes were higher than those predicted by the single index(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of echocardiographic parameters LVOT-VTI,LVEDD,LVESD and hs-CRP in patients with hypertensive heart disease are abnormal, and the levels of echocardiography and hs-CRP in patients with poor prognosis are higher than those in patients with good prognosis. The combined echocardiographic parameters and hs-CRP have certain prognostic value in patients with hypertensive heart disease.
