Effect of Early Intensive Statin Intervention Combined with Troxerutin on Neurological Function and Short-term Prognosis in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To explore the effect of early intensive statin intervention combined with Troxerutin on neurological function and short-term prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in Guixi People's Hospital from July 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.Patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes.Patients who received regular-dose statin intervention combined with Troxerutin were included in the regular dose group(n=39),and patients who received early intensive dose statin intervention combined with Troxerutin were included in the intensive dose group(n=41),the treatment cycle were 7 days.The curative effect,before and after treatment of neurological function[national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)],ability of daily living(Barthel index),hemorheology indexes[platelet aggregation rate(PAR),fibrinogen(FIB),hematocrit(HCT)]and cerebral hemodynamics indexes[mean flow velocity(Vm),resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI)],and the occurrence of adverse reactions(arrhythmia,rash,dizziness)during treatment in the two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of intensive dose group was 87.80%,which was higher than 69.23%of regular dose group(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score in intensive dose group was lower than that in regular dose group,and Barthel index was higher than that in regular dose group(P<0.05).After treatment,PAR,FIB and HCT in intensive dose group were lower than those in regular dose group(P<0.05).After treatment,Vm in intensive dose group was higher than that in regular dose group,RI and PI were lower than those in regular dose group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was 14.63%in the intensive dose group and 10.26%in the regular dose group.There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Early intensive statin intervention combined with Troxerutin can improve the curative effect of acute cerebral infarction patients,improve cerebral blood flow,and help improve the short-term prognosis of patients and has high safety.
