正念疗法联合音乐疗法治疗儿童情绪障碍的效果分析

目的:探讨正念疗法联合音乐疗法治疗儿童情绪障碍的效果.方法:选取 2023 年 2-11 月于宜春市第三人民医院接受治疗的儿童情绪障碍 60 例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患儿分为试验组和对照组,各 30 例.对照组实施常规药物及健康心理干预方案,试验组在对照组干预基础上给予正念疗法联合音乐疗法.两组均持续干预 8 周.对比两组干预前后心理情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、五因素正念觉知量表(FFMQ)]、异常行为表现[Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)、Conners儿童行为问卷(PSQ)]及症状改善[护士观察症状改善量表(NOSIE)]评分差异.结果:干预后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分均降低,且试验组评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组FFMQ评分中正念观察、正念描述、有觉知地行动、非评判、不行动维度评分均升高,且试验组各评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组CBCL中攻击性问题、社交问题、活动情况、思维问题、学习问题维度评分,PSQ中多动指数、冲动多动、品行问题、学习问题、心身问题、焦虑问题维度评分均降低,且试验组CBCL中各维度评分、PSQ中各维度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组NOSIE中不耐烦、容易生气、不如意便心烦、拒绝活动、易激动发牢骚、易怒维度评分均降低,且试验组各维度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:实施正念减压联合音乐疗法治疗有助于缓解情绪障碍儿童的焦虑、抑郁情绪,激发正念觉知,引导患儿减少异常行为,改善不良症状.
Effect of Mindfulness Therapy Combined with Music Therapy on Emotional Disorders in Children
Objective:To explore the effect of mindfulness therapy combined with music therapy in the treatment of emotional disorders in children.Method:A total of 60 children with emotional disorders who received treatment in the Third People's Hospital of Yichun from February to November 2023 were selected as research subjects,and were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drugs and health psychological intervention regimen,and the experimental group was given mindfulness therapy combined with music therapy on the basis of intervention in the control group.Both groups were continuously intervened for 8 weeks.The psychological emotion[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),five facet mindfulness questionnaire(FFMQ)],abnormal behavior performance[Achenbach child behavior checklist(CBCL),Conners parent symptom questionnaire(PSQ)]and symptom improvement[nurses'observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE)]were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Result:After intervention,SAS scores and SDS scores in the two groups were decreased,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The scores of mindfulness observation,mindfulness description,conscious action,non-judgment,and non-action of FFMQ were increased in both groups,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of dimensions of aggression problem,social problem,activity,thinking problem and learning problem of CBCL and scores of hyperactivity index,impulse hyperactivity problem,conduct problem,learning problem,psychosomatic problem and anxiety problem of PSQ were declined in both groups after intervention,and the scores of CBCL and scores of PSQ in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of impatience,anger,upsetness,refusal of activity,temperament and grumbling and irritability of NOSIE were decreased in both groups,and the scores of NOSIE in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mindfulness therapy combined with music therapy can alleviate anxiety and depression in children with emotional disorders,stimulate mindfulness-based awareness,guide children to reduce abnormal behaviors and improve adverse symptoms.
