The Effect of Cryotherapy Combined with Pettling on the Treatment of Condyloma Acuminatum and Its Impact on the Levels of BFGF,PIAS1 and Foxp3
Objective:To explore the effect of cryotherapy combined with Pettling on the levels of basic fibroblast growth factor(BFGF),protein inhibitory of activated STAT factor 1(PIAS1),and forkhead or winged helix transcription factor P3(Foxp3)in the skin lesions of patients with condyloma acuminatum.Method:A total of 100 patients with condyloma acuminatum who underwent treatment at Changzhou Wujin People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected, they were divided into control treatment group and combined treatment group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control treatment group received cryotherapy, and the combined treatment group received cryotherapy combination with Pettling.Interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-10(IL-10)levels,T lymphocyte subset,BFGF,PIAS1,Foxp3,sexual function, and the treatment effect and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment, compared with the control treatment group, the levels of IL-10,CD8+,BFGF,PIAS1 and Foxp3 in the combined treatment group were lower, and IFN-γ,IL-2,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and sexual function were higher(P<0.05).The total response rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the control treatment group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control treatment group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complication in the combined treatment group was slightly higher than that in the control treatment group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Cryotherapy combined with Pettling can significantly improve the immune function and inflammatory response of patients with condyloma acuminatum, inhibit the expression of BFGF,PIAS1 and Foxp3,and improve the clinical symptoms.
