Application of PDCA Circulating Nursing in Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Extremity in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery
Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation nursing in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Method:A total of 100 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery at Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.A total of 50 patients enrolled from March 2021 to March 2022 were included in the routine group and received routine care after surgery.Fifty patients enrolled from April 2022 to March 2023 were included in the PDCA group and were given PDCA circulation nursing after surgery. The changes of four coagulation items[activated partial thrombin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT)and fibrinogen(FIB)],the incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT),and the score of the world health organization quality of life scale-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)were compared between the two groups.Result:After 3 d of intervention, the APTT,PT and TT in the PDCA group were longer than those in the routine group, while FIB was lower than that in the routine group;1 week after surgery, the incidence of DVT in the PDCA group was significantly lower than that in the routine group;after 7 d of intervention, the scores of all dimensions in WHOQOL-BREF in the PDCA group were significantly higher than those in the routine group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA circulation nursing can improve coagulation function, reduce the risk of DVT and improve the quality of life of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.
