Effect of Dingkun Pills Combined with Tibolone on Sex Hormone Levels and Endometrium in the Treatment of Climacteric Syndrome
Objective:To investigate the effects of Dingkun Pills combined with Tibolone on the levels of sex hormones and endometrium in the treatment of climacteric syndrome.Method:A total of 98 patients with climacteric syndrome admitted to the Gynecology Department of Xiantao Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tibolone,and the observation group was treated with Dingkun Pills combined with Tibolone.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone[estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)]levels,endometrial thickness and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 93.88%,which was higher than 79.59%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the E2 level of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the FSH and LH levels were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.12%in the observation group and 10.20%in the control group,with no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dingkun Pills combined with Tibolone in the treatment of climacteric syndrome can effectively promote the level of sex hormones and endometrial recovery,with significant clinical efficacy and high safety.
