Clinical Application of Modified Lower Uterine Incision External Lower Edge Head Delivery Method in Repeated Cesarean Section
Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of the modified lower uterine incision external lower edge head delivery method in repeated cesarean section.Method:A total of 80 pregnant women undergoing repeated cesarean section admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into a study group(40 cases)and a control group(40 cases)according to the random number table method. The control group used conventional cesarean section for head delivery, while the study group used an modified lower uterine incision external lower edge head delivery method. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:Cesarean section surgery time, uterine incision to fetal head delivery time, and postpartum hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the incidence of adverse events in parturients was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of neonatal adverse events between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The postpartum bleeding volume in the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the neonatal Apgar score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For clinical delivery of repeated cesarean section, modified lower uterine incision external lower edge head delivery method can effectively reduce the risk of adverse postpartum outcomes. At the same time,it can improve the perioperative indicators of postpartum women, promote postoperative recovery and mother and baby health.
