摘要
本文探讨了基于"阳化气,阴成形"理论的脊柱肿瘤辨治方法.脊柱作为督脉"贯脊属肾"之所,参与总督一身之阳,"阳化气"不足,阳不制阴,导致"阴成形"太过是脊柱肿瘤发生之关键,通过寒积、痰凝、血瘀三个角度深入研究和理解中医"阳化气,阴成形"理论在脊柱肿瘤防治中的应用,有望为脊柱肿瘤的防治提供有益的指导,为传统中医的传承和创新贡献力量.
Abstract
This paper discusses the differentiation and treatment method of spinal tumor based on the theory of"Yang transforming Qi,Yin shaping up body".The spine,as the place where the governor vessel"throughout the spine and belongs to the kidney",participates in the whole body Yang of the governor vessel.The deficiency of"Yang transforming Qi"and the failure of Yang controlling Yin lead to excessive"Yin shaping up body",which is the key to the occurrence of spinal tumor.In-depth study and understanding of the application of the theory of"Yang transforming Qi,Yin shaping up body"in the prevention and treatment of spinal tumor through the three perspectives of cold accumulation,phlegm coagulation and blood stasis is expected to provide useful guidance for the prevention and treatment of spinal tumor and to contribute to the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine.
