Effect of Remifentanil Combined with Sevoflurane in Parturient Undergoing Cesarean Section and Its Influence on Inflammatory Cytokines
Objective:To explore the effect of Remifentanil combined with Sevoflurane in parturient underwent cesarean section and its influence on inflammatory cytokines.Method:A total of 90 parturients who underwent cesarean section in Huangzhou District People's Hospital of Huanggang City from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=49)and control group(n=49).The control group was given Remifentanil combined with Propofol, and the experimental group was given Remifentanil combined with Sevoflurane.Hemodynamics, neonatal Apgar score, adverse reactions and inflammatory cytokine levels were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with those before anesthesia, the mean arterial pressure and heart rate in both groups were increased at skin incision and the end of operation, but the mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in Apgar scores of newborns between experimental group and control group at 1,5 and 10 min after delivery(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).On the first day after operation, the levels of various in inflammatory cytokines in both groups were increased, but the levels of hypersensitive C reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in experimental group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Remifentanil combined with Sevoflurane has a significant effect in parturient undergoing cesarean section, which helps to maintain the hemodynamics and improve the levels of inflammatory cytokines, and has no obvious effect on the newborn, and the adverse reaction is less.
