Effect of Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation Combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Perfusion on Blood Gas Analysis and Inflammatory Indexes in Patients with Acute Respiratory Failure
Objective:To explore the effects of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation(NIPPV)combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride perfusion on blood gas analysis and inflammation indexes in patients with acute respiratory failure(ARF).Method:A total of 94 ARF patients admitted to Yichun City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into a control group(47 patients)and a study group(47 patients)according to the method of randomized numerical table. The control group was treated with NIPPV,and the study group was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride perfusion on the basis of the control group. The two groups were compared with each other in terms of the indexes of blood gas analysis[blood oxygen saturation(SaO2),partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood(PaO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)],inflammation indexes[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],oxidative stress indexes[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)]and complications.Result:After treatment, the levels of SaO2,PaO2 and SOD in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of PaCO2,IL-6,TNF-α and MDA in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of NIPPV combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride perfusion treatment in ARF patients can improve blood gas analysis indexes, reduce the levels of inflammatory indexes and oxidative stress response indexes, and has good safety.
