Effects of Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with Entecavir on Peripheral Immune Function and Serum Inflammatory Mediators in Patients with Hepatitis B Cirrhosis
Objective:To observe the effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin combined with Entecavir on peripheral immune function and serum inflammatory mediators in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Method:Eighty eight patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology,Beihai Hospital of Yantai from March 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table. The control group(44 cases)was treated with Entecavir, and the study group(44 cases)was treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin on the basis of the control group, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate, negative rate of hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid(HBV-DNA),CD3+,CD4+ and serum albumin(ALB)levels 3 days after treatment in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of collagen Ⅳ(Ⅳ-C),laminin(LN),hyaluronic acid(HA),procalcitonin(PCT),C reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),total bilirubin(TBIL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)3 days after treatment,as well as the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Glycyrrhizin combined with Entecavir is effective in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis, which can effectively alleviate the liver function injury of patients, inhibit the process of liver fibrosis, reduce inflammatory stimulation, improve clinical symptoms and peripheral immune function, and has high safety and practicality.
