Influence of Adaptive Emotion Regulation Strategy Based on Alexithymia Scale Assessment on Stigma and Psychological Status in Patients with Schizophrenia Convalescence
Objective:To explore the influence of adaptive emotion regulation strategy based on alexithymia scale assessment on stigma and psychological status in patients with schizophrenia convalescence.Method:A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia convalescence admitted to Ji'an Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine adaptive emotion regulation strategy,and the observation group was given adaptive emotion regulation strategy based on alexithymia scale assessment.Alexithymia,stigma,psychological status,mental status and social function were compared between the two groups of patients.Result:(1)Compared with those before intervention,the alexithymia scores in both groups were decreased after intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).(2)The stigma scores were declined in both groups after intervention compared to those before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores were lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).(3)Compared with those before intervention,the psychological status scores after intervention were reduced in both groups(P<0.05),and the score in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).(4)The metal status scores in both groups were reduced after intervention compared with those before intervention(P<0.05),and the score in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).(5)Compared with those before intervention,the social function scores were reduced in the two groups of patients after intervention(P<0.05),and the scores were lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with routine adaptive emotion regulation strategy,adaptive emotion regulation strategy based on alexithymia scale assessment can better improve the alexithymia,psychological status,mental status,relieve the stigma and enhance the social function in patients with schizophrenia convalescence.
