The Effect of Intracavitary Treatment on Acute Pulmonary Embolism and Its Impact on Prognosis
Objective:To explore the effect of intracavitary treatment on acute pulmonary embolism and its impact on coagulation indicators.Method:A total of 92 patients with acute pulmonary embolism treated at Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group Zaozhuang Central Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected, they were divided into a control group(n=46)and an observation group(n=46)by random number table method. The control group received intravenous thrombolysis treatment, while the observation group received intracavitary treatment. The recent therapeutic effects, pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary artery patency(Miller index),inflammatory cytokines[C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],coagulation function indicators[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB)]between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in pulmonary arterial hypertension and Miller index between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, pulmonary arterial hypertension and Miller index in both groups decreased compared to those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in CRP,IL-6,TNF-α between the two groups, the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α of two groups were decreased compared to those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in PT,APTT and FIB between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,PT and APTT of two groups were prolonged compared to those before treatment, while FIB decreased,PT and APTT in the observation group were longer than those in the control group, and FIB was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intraluminal treatment for acute pulmonary embolism patients has significant therapeutic effects, reduces inflammatory reactions, and improves coagulation function.
