Study on the Treatment of Neurogenic Bladder after Spinal Cord Injury Using Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Peripheral Central Closed-loop Therapy Mode
Objective:To investigate the effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation peripheral central closed-loop therapy mode on neurogenic bladder therapy after spinal cord injury.Method:A total of 80 patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury admitted to Maoming People's Hospital from May 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into group A and group B by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group, they received conventional rehabilitation treatment, group A received low-frequency electrical stimulation treatment, group B received repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation peripheral and central closed-loop treatment mode.Urinary flow dynamics, bladder volume and pressure and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After 4 weeks of treatment, the residual urine volume in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the maximum urine flow rate and maximum bladder volume were higher than those before treatment, and the bladder pressure were lower than those before treatment, and those in group B were better than those in group A(P<0.05);the daily urine volume in both group were higher than those before treatment, and the frequency of urination were lower than those before treatment, and those in group B were better than those in group A(P<0.05);the urinary symptom distress scale(USDS)and international lower urinary tract syndrome(LUTS)scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of physiology, psychology, social relationship and living environment in the world health organization quality of life(WHOQOL)-BREF in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment, and those in group B were higher than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation of peripheral central closed-loop therapy mode can improve the urinary flow dynamics after neurogenic bladder therapy after spinal cord injury, and can increase the bladder capacity, improve the volume and frequency of urination, and improve the quality of life.
