Diagnostic Value of Combined Detection of Serum CA72-4,CA242 and Gastrin 17 in Gastric Cancer
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum carbohydrate antigen 72-4(CA72-4),carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242)and gastrin 17(G-17)in gastric cancer.Method:A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer admitted to Shangrao Dongxin Fifth Hospital from February 2022 to May 2023 were included in the study group,80 patients with benign gastric lesions admitted to our hospital in the same period were included in the benign group, and 80 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the same time in our hospital were included in the control group.Serum CA72-4,CA242 and G-17 levels were detected and compared among the three groups. The diagnostic value of combined detection of serum CA72-4,CA242 and G-17 levels in gastric cancer were analyzed. The relationship between different pathological staging and serum CA72-4,CA242 and G-17 levels were analyzed.Result:The serum levels of CA72-4,CA242 and G-17 in the study group were higher than those in the benign group and the control group, and the levels of all indexes in the benign group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve showed that the AUC of serum CA72-4,CA242,G-17 alone and combined detection of gastric cancer were all>0.70,which had certain diagnostic value, and the combined detection had the highest diagnostic value. The levels of serum CA72-4,CA242 and G-17 were the highest in stage Ⅳ,followed by stage Ⅲ,stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅰ(P<0.05).There were positive correlation between pathological staging and serum CA72-4,CA242 and G-17 levels in patients with gastric cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of serum CA72-4,CA242 and G-17 has a high diagnostic value for gastric cancer, which is related to the pathological staging of gastric cancer, and can be considered as an important indicator for the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of gastric cancer.
