Application Effect of Auricular Point Pressure Beans Combined with Cognitive Behavioral Intervention on Anxiety and Depression State and Sleep Disorder in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome
Objective:To explore the effects of auricular point pressure beans combined with cognitive behavioral intervention on anxiety and depression and sleep disorder in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Method:A total of 86 patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to Department of Emergency,Xingguo Hospital Affiliated to Gannan Medical College from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment combined with auricular point pressure beans, and the observation group received cognitive behavioral intervention on the basis of the control group. The efficacy,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores,self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores of the two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%of control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before intervention,SAS and SDS scores of both groups were decreased after intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,PSQI score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point pressure beans combined with cognitive behavioral intervention has a significant effect on patients with acute coronary syndrome, which can effectively relieve anxiety and depression and improve sleep quality.
