Application Value of Gait Adaptation Training Combined with Core Stabilization Training in Post-stroke Hemiplegia
Objective:To explore the application value of gait adaptation training combined with core stabilization training in post-stroke hemiplegia.Method:A total of 82 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to Shangrao City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to May 2023 were enrolled and randomly divided into routine group and combination group, with 41 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine training, while combination group was given gait adaptation training combined with core stabilization training. Both the combination group and the routine group received continuous intervention for 2 months. After intervention, scores of activity of daily living scale(ADL),national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS),Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA)and trunk impairment scale(TIS)were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with those before intervention, after intervention,ADL scores were increased and NIHSS scores were decreased in both groups, after intervention,ADL score in combination group was higher than that in routine group, and NIHSS score was lower than that in routine group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with those before intervention, after intervention,FMA scores of upper limb and lower limb were increased in both groups, those in combination group were higher than those in routine group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with those before intervention, after intervention, scores of static sitting balance, coordination and dynamic sitting balance were increased in both groups, those in combination group were higher than those in routine group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gait adaptation training combined with core stabilization training can improve nerve function, motor function and activities of daily living.
