Investigation on Behavioral Characteristics and Analysis of Non-genetic Risk Factors in Children with Attention Deficit and Hyperactive Disorder
Objective:To investigate the behavioral characteristics and non-genetic risk factors of children with attention deficit and hyperactive disorder(ADHD).Method:A total of 2,000 children treated in the Department of Pediatrics,Chuiyangliu Hospital Affiliated to Tsinghua University from March 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects, among which 109 children diagnosed with ADHD were selected as the observation group, and 109 children randomly selected 1:1 from children with undiagnosed ADHD were the control group.Behavioral problems, social behaviors and emotional problems were compared between the two groups, and the related factors leading to ADHD were analyzed by multi-factor logistic regression model.Result:The scores of conduct problems, psychosomatic disorder, learning disorder,impulse-hyperactivity,anxiety and hyperactivity index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the scores of social response scale(SRS)and strength and difficulty questionnaire(SDQ)in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).The proportions of little boy, maternal smoking during pregnancy,reprimand-oriented education pattern, partial eclipse and children started to watch video age<3 years old in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the proportion of breast-feeding in infancy was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that maternal smoking during pregnancy,reprimand-oriented education pattern, partial eclipse and children started to watch video age<3 years old were risk factors for ADHD,and breast-feeding in infancy was a protective factor(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maternal smoking during pregnancy,reprimand-oriented education pattern, partial eclipse and children started to watch video age<3 years old are all risk factors for ADHD,and breast-feeding in infancy is a protective factor.Clinical intervention of risk factors should be actively implemented to reduce the incidence of ADHD.Parents should pay more attention to the behavior characteristics of children's daily life to achieve early detection and treatment of diseases.
