无痛纤维支气管镜临床麻醉研究进展

摘要
随着医疗技术的不断发展,纤维支气管镜技术逐渐成为肺部疾病及气道疾病的常有的检查治疗技术,无痛纤维支气管镜是在麻醉医生辅助下,患者进入全麻状态下的一种纤维支气管镜技术,随着麻醉学科的不断发展,麻醉技术在纤维支气管镜中的应用逐步成熟,现就纤维支气管镜技术及麻醉药物,麻醉呼吸管理等做一简要概述.
Abstract
With the successive development of medical technology,fibreoptic bronchoscopy has gradually become a common examination and treatment technique for lung diseases and airway diseases.Painless fibreoptic bronchoscopy is a kind of fibreoptic bronchoscopy technique which helps the patients enter a state of general anaesthesia with the assistance of an anaesthesiologist.With the continuous development of anaesthesiology,the application of anaesthesia technology in fibreoptic bronchoscopy has gradually matured,and we now present a brief overview of fibreoptic bronchoscopy technology as well as anaesthesia medication,anaesthesia and respiratory management.
