Effects of Suanzaoren Decoction and Dexzopiclone on Sleep Quality,HAMA and HAMD Scores in Patients with Insomnia with "Deficiency of Liver Blood and Internal Disturbance of Deficient Heat"
Objective:To study the effects of Suanzaoren Decoction and Dexzopiclone on sleep quality,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores in patients with insomnia with"deficiency of liver blood and internal disturbance of deficient heat".Method:A total of 138 patients with insomnia with"deficiency of liver blood and internal disturbance of deficient heat"who received treatment in Nan'an Rehabilitation Hospital from May to December 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 69 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dexzopiclone,and the observation group was treated with Suanzaoren Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.Efficacy,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and insomnia severity(SPIEGEL scale)scores,HAMA and HAMD scores,adverse reactions and sleep satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.55%,which was higher than 86.96%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PSQI and SPIEGEL scale scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,HAMA and HAMD scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.70%,compared with 11.59%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The sleep satisfaction of patients in observation group was 98.55%,which was significantly higher than 85.51%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suanzaoren Decoction combined with Dexzopiclone has a good effect on patients with insomnia with"deficiency of liver blood and internal disturbance of deficient heat",and can improve their sleep quality,sleep satisfaction and HAMA and HAMD scores,with high safety.
