The Effect of Tongluo Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Intravascular Intervention Therapy on Collateral Circulation and Vascular Recanalization in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To explore the effect of Tongluo Zhuyu Decoction combined with intravascular intervention therapy on collateral circulation and vascular recanalization in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 100 patients of acute cerebral infarction admitted to Shaxian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Sanming from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected,they were randomly divided into a single group(n=50)and a combination group(n=50).The single group was treated with intravascular intervention,while the combined group was treated with Tongluo Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the single group.The efficacy,degree of neurological impairment,daily living ability,collateral circulation,visual analogue scale(VAS),and vascular recanalization rate between the two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the single group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of neurological dysfunction and daily living ability between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the degree of neurological deficits in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and that in the combined group was lower than that in the single group;daily living abilities in both groups were higher,that in the combined group were higher than that in the single group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the number of collateral circulation and VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS scores of both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and that in the combined group was lower than that in the single group;the number of collateral circulation increased,and that in the combined group was higher than that in the single group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complete reperfusion rate of the combined group was higher than that of the single group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongluo Zhuyu Decoction combined with intravascular intervention therapy can improve neurological function,increase vascular recanalization rate and collateral circulation in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and has a definite therapeutic effect.
