Effects of Weiling Granules on Hp Eradication Rate,EGF and PGE2 in Patients with Gastric Ulcer
Objective:To investigate the effects of Weiling Granules on Helicobacter pylori(Hp)eradication rate,epidermal growth factor(EGF)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in patients with gastric ulcer(GU).Method:A total of 103 patients with GU who were admitted to Yidu People's Hospital between January 2021 and July 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into the observation group 50 cases and the control group 53 cases.Both groups of patients were treated with standard anti-Hp quadruple therapy,the observation group was treated with oral Weiling Granules on this basis,and both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical effect,Hp eradication rate,levels of EGF and PGE2,and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 86.79%in the control group(P<0.05).Hp eradication rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of EGF and PGE2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Weiling Granules can improve the Hp eradication rate and promote the secretion of EGF and PGE2 from gastroduodenal mucosa,and enhance the gastric mucosa repair function,with obvious effect.
