Clinical Application of Hyperbaric Oxygen and Ultrashort Wave in Postherpetic Neuralgia
Objective:To study the clinical application effect of hyperbaric oxygen and ultrashort wave in postherpetic neuralgia(PHN),in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of PHN.Method:A total of 90 patients with PHN admitted to the 334 Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected for the experiment, and they were divided into group A,group B and group C by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. All patients received conventional treatment such as Vitamin B1,Vitamin B12 and traditional Chinese medicine.Group A was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of conventional treatment, group B was treated with ultrashort wave on the basis of conventional treatment, group C was treated with hyperbaric oxygen and ultrashort wave on the basis of conventional treatment. All patients were treated continuously for 30 days. The therapeutic effect, pain degree and serum inflammatory factors levels of the three groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of group C was 96.67%,which was higher than 66.67%of group A and group B(P<0.05).After 30 days of intervention, the scores of each item and total scores of short form McGill pain questionnaire in the three groups were lower than those 1 day before intervention, and those in group C were lower than those in group A and group B(P<0.05).After 30 days of intervention, the levels of serum inflammatory factors in three groups were lower than those 1 day before intervention, and the levels in group C were lower than those in group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen combined with ultrashort wave is effective in the treatment of PHN,which can effectively reduce pain and serum inflammatory factors.
