Analysis of the Effect of Defat Plasma Purification on Acute Hyperlipidemic Pancreatitis
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of defat plasma purification on acute hyperlipidemic pancreatitis.Method:Eighty-five patients with acute hyperlipidemic pancreatitis admitted to Dongtai People's Hospital from January 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method. The control group(42 cases)was treated with plasma exchange, and the study group(43 cases)was treated with defat plasma purification hemoperfusion. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)levels and mean arterial pressure(MAP)of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),amylase(AMS),procalcitonin(PCT),C reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were lower than those of the control group, the time for abdominal pain to disappear was earlier than that of the control group, and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of defat plasma purification in the treatment of acute hyperlipidemic pancreatitis with hemoperfusion has a significant effect, which can effectively stabilize the blood lipid level of patients and improve their immune function.
