Effect of Jianpi Bushen Zhuluan Recipe with Letrozole and Menotrophins in the Treatment of Ovulatory Dysfunction Infertility with Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney
Objective:To investigate the application value of Jianpi Bushen Zhuluan Recipe combined with Letrozole and Menotrophins in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility patients with spleen and kidney deficiency.Method:Ninety-four patients with ovulatory disorders of infertility admitted to Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected,all of whom met the diagnostic criteria of spleen and kidney deficiency type,they were divided into two groups with 47 cases each by random number table method.The control group was treated with Letrozole and Menotrophins,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Bushen Zhuluan Recipe.The sex hormone indexes[estradiol(E2),follicular estrogen(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)],the ovarian hemodynamic indexes[arterial peak systolic flow velocity(PSV),end-diastolic flow velocity(EDV)],endometriumthickness on the hCG day,the TCM symptom score,pregnancy and safety during drug administration in both groups were compared.Result:The E2,FSH and LH levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,endometriumthickness on the hCG day,EDV and PSV were higher than those of the control group,the TCM symptom scores of the primary and secondary symptoms were lower than those of the control group,and the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the early spontaneous abortion rate and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of the conventional drug treatment for patients with ovulation disorder infertility with spleen and kidney deficiency,the application of Jianpi Bushen Zhuluan Recipe for adjuvant treatment is helpful to improve the ovarian hemodynamic indexes,endometrial thickness and sex hormone levels,improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,and has a certain improvement effect on the main and secondary diseases related to spleen and kidney deficiency type.
