Effect of Zhichi Wendan Decoction Combined with Jinghua Weikang Capsules on the Improvement of Symptoms and Levels of Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Reflux Esophagitis
Objective:To explore the effect of Zhichi Wendan Decoction combined with Jinghua Weikang Capsules on the improvement of symptoms and the level of inflammatory factors in patients with reflux esophagitis(RE).Method:A total of 100 RE patients who received treatment at Liangzhou Hospital in Wuwei City from September 2022 to September 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method,the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rabeprazole,while the observation group was treated with Zhichi Wendan Decoction combined with Jinghua Weikang Capsules.The improvement of symptoms,levels of inflammatory factors,serum motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)levels were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total score of the reflux disease questionnaire(RDQ)in both groups were decreased compared to those before treatment,and the total score of RDQ in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,interleukin(IL)-17,IL-6,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in two groups were decreased compared to those before treatment,and IL-6,IL-17,and TNF-α in the observation group were decreased compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,MTL and GAS in both groups were increased compared to those before treatment,MTL and GAS in the observation group were higher compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Zhichi Wendan Decoction and Jinghua Weikang Capsules can alleviate inflammation,regulate serum MTL and GAS levels,and improve clinical symptoms in the treatment of RE.
