Clinical Study on the Early Rehabilitation of Subinvolution Parturients with Syndrome of Yang Deficiency and Blood Stasis by Fumigation and Soaking with"Warming Yang and Dispelling Stasis"Chinese Materia Medica Combined with Compound Yimucao Capsules
Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of early rehabilitation of subinvolution parturients with syndrome of yang deficiency and blood stasis by fumigation and soaking with"warming Yang and dispelling stasis"Chinese materia medica combined with Compound Yimucao Capsules.Method:A total of 80 subinvolution parturients with syndrome of Yang deficiency and blood stasis who were hospitalized in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital Ganzhou Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were prospectively included.Patients were divided into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Compound Yimucao Capsules on the basis of conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with fumigation and soaking with"warming Yang and dispelling stasis"Chinese materia medica.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,uterine recovery situation,pain situation,sleep quality,mental state and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:The disappearance time of lochia and abdominal pain in the treatment group were earlier than those in the control group,the fundal height of the uterus and the volume of the uterus were smaller than those in the control group,the amount of fluid in the uterine cavity was smaller than that in the control group,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were lower than those in the control group,and the clinical efficacy was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fumigation and soaking with"warming Yang and dispelling stasis"Chinese materia medica combined with Compound Yimucao Capsules can significantly promote the early rehabilitation of subinvolution parturients with syndrome of Yang deficiency and blood stasis,effectively improve the quality of sleep and improve bad emotion,and the overall treatment effect is good.
