Effectiveness of Lacidophilin Tablets Combined with Berberine Hydrochloride Tablets in the Treatment of Acute Enteritis in Adults
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Lacidophilin Tablets combined with Berberine Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of acute enteritis in adults.Method:A total of 90 patients with acute enteritis admitted to Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital Ganzhou Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was supplemented with Lacidophilin Tablets,while the observation group was treated with Berberine Hydrochloride Tablets in combination with the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 7 days.The clinical treatment efficacy,gastrointestinal function recovery,adverse reactions and the clinical symptom scores between the two groups were compared.Result:The clinical treatment efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappear time of abdominal pain,diarrhea,and nausea and vomiting in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in clinical symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,while the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lacidophilin Tablets combined with Berberine Hydrochloride Tablets can significantly enhance the overall treatment efficacy of adult acute enteritis,promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal function,and enable patients to recover as soon as possible,with high clinical safety.
