Influence of Early Basic Healthcare of Newborns on Biochemical Indexes and Physiological State of Newborns
Objective:To investigate the influence of early basic healthcare of newborns on biochemical indexes and physiological state of newborns.Method:A total of 100 newborns in Jinjiang Hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were divided into control group 50 cases and observation group 50 cases by the random number table. The control group was treated with routine intervention, the observation group was treated with early basic healthcare of newborns. Then the growth and development indexes(body weight and upper arm circumference),biochemical indexes[liver and kidney function indexes(blood creatinine, urea nitrogen and bilirubin)and immune indexes immune adhesion promoting factor(FEER),immunoadhesive inhibitory factor(FEIR),CD3+and immunoglobulin G(IgG)]and physiological state indexes(blood oxygen saturation, heart rate, respiratory rate and body temperature)of two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Result:The growth and development indexes, biochemical indexes and physiological state indexes of two groups before the intervention were compared, the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the growth and development indexes,FEER,CD3+,IgG,blood oxygen saturation and body temperature of observation group at second and forth week after the intervention were significantly higher than those of control group, the liver and kidney function indexes,FEIR,heart rate and respiratory rate were significantly lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early basic healthcare of newborns can significantly improve the biochemical indexes and physiological state of newborns,so its application value in the newborns is relatively higher.
