Effect of NNN-linked Nursing Model Combined with Dual Task Training on Cognitive Function and Nursing Outcome of Stroke Patients
Objective:To explore the effect of NNN-linked nursing model combined with dual task training on stroke patients.Method:A total of 100 stroke patients who were treated in the 909th Hospital(Dongnan Hospital of Xiamen University)from January to December 2022 were selected, and divided them into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given dual-task training intervention model, and the observation group was intervened with the NNN-linked nursing model on the basis of the control group. The improvement effect of orofacial motor function, cognitive function, balance function, activities of daily living, swallowing function and nursing outcomes of the two groups were observed.Result:After intervention, the nordic orofacial test-screening(NOT-S)score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,mini-mental state examination(MMSE),Berg balance scale(BBS),and modified Barthel index were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate in the observation group(90.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the follow-up,the nursing outcomes scores in terms of functional health, health knowledge and behavior, physiological health, psychological and social health, and family health of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:NNN-linked nursing model combined with dual-task training applied to stroke patients can significantly improve the orofacial motor function, cognitive function and balance function of patients, enhance the activities of daily life of patients, improve swallowing function and nursing outcomes of patients.
