Effect of High-dose Dual Therapy Combined with Ganhai Weikang Capsules in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Infection Associated Gastritis
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of high-dose dual therapy combined with Ganhai Weikang Capsules on Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection associated gastritis.Method:According to different treatment methods,patients with Hp infection associated gastritis admitted to Ruijin People's Hospital from April 2022 to August 2023 were divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high-dose dual therapy,while the experimental group was treated with Ganhai Weikang Capsules on this basis,both of which were continuously treated for 30 days.The clinical efficacy,Hp eradication rate,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,total effective rate and Hp eradication rate in the experimental group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were decreased compared to those before treatment,and compared with the control group,those in the experimental group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-dose dual therapy combined with Ganhai Weikang Capsules in the treatment of Hp infection associated gastritis patients has significant clinical effects,and has positive significance in promoting the improvement of clinical symptoms and increasing the eradication rate of Hp.
