Exploring the Effect of Thunder Fire Moxibustion Combined with Acupuncture on Obese Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Based on Hemodynamic Parameters
Objective:To investigate the effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture on obese polycystic ovary syndrome based on hemodynamic parameters.Method:A total of 78 patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected,divided into control group(n=39)and observation group(n=39)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture intervention.The body weight parameters[body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist-to-hip ratio(WHR)],ovarian morphological parameters and hemodynamic parameters[peak systolic flow velocity(PSV),end-diastolic flow velocity(EDV),resistance index(RI)]of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result:Compared with before treatment,the body weight,BMI and WHR of the two groups after treatment were significantly reduced,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the ovarian volume of the two groups after treatment were smaller and follicle number were less,and the endometrial thickness were significantly increased,and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,RI were significantly decreased,EDV and PSV were significantly increased in the two groups after treatment,and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture in obese polycystic ovary syndrome can improve the ovarian morphology and hemodynamic parameters of the ovary.
