The Intervention Effect of Observational Therapy on Depression in Patients with Depression
Objective:To use observational therapy to treat patients with depression and evaluate its therapeutic effect on their depressive mood.Method:From March to October 2023,100 depression patients from Beijing Guoao Psychological Hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with medication,while patients in the treatment group were treated with both medication and observational therapy.The autobiographical memory,self ability and negative emotion scores before and after treatment between the control group and the treatment group were compared.Result:After 8 weeks of intervention with observational therapy,the autobiography memory and self ability scores of the treatment group were(6.29±0.12)scores and(120.69±5.73)scores,which were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention treatment,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)scores of patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional drug treatment,the use of observational therapy has a better therapeutic effect on depression in patients with depression,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application in the future.
