Risk Factors Analysis of Complications Related to Portal Hypertension in Liver Cirrhosis
Objective:To analyze the risk factors for complications related to portal hypertension in liver cirrhosis.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 322 patients with portal hypertension in liver cirrhosis admitted to Chenzhou City NO.2 People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023,the incidence of complications was statisticed, and data such as age and gender were collected, the risk factors for incidence of complications were statistically analyzed.Result:Among the 322 patients with portal hypertension in liver cirrhosis,58 had complications, incidence rate of 18.01%(58/322).Univariate analysis showed that proportion of Child-Pugh grade C liver function, proportion of red signs in the incidence group were higher than those in the non incidence group, portal vein diameter was higher than that in the non incidence group,PT was longer than that in the non incidence group, and ALB was lower than that in the non incidence group(P<0.05).logistic regression analysis shows that the Child Pugh grading of liver function as grade C[OR=8.566,95%CI(4.535,16.181)],with red sign[OR=10.817,95%CI(5.490,21.316)],high portal vein diameter[OR=1.791,95%CI(1.430,2.244)],PT extension[OR=1.804,95%CI(1.496,2.176)]were risk factors for complications of portal hypertension in liver cirrhosis, high ALB level[OR=0.912,95%CI(0.852,0.977)]was protective factors for the occurrence of complications of liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Child-Pugh grading of liver function as grade C,with red signs, high portal vein diameter, and prolonged PT are risk factors for the occurrence of complications of portal hypertension in liver cirrhosis, high ALB level is protective factor for the occurrence of complications of portal hypertension in liver cirrhosis.
