Effects of Early Cognitive-linguistic Rehabilitation Training on GDS Scores and Event-related Potential P300 Changes in Preterm Infants with Delayed Language Development
Objective:To investigate the effect of early cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation training on preterm infants with delayed language development.Method:A total of 86 preterm infants with delayed language development treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group(routine training)and observation group(early cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation training)by random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy,Gesell developmental schedule(GDS)scores,event-related potential P300 changes and language competence of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, there was no significant difference in DQ between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,DQ in both groups were improved, and that in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no significant differences in event-related potential P300 between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,P300 latency decreased and amplitude increased in both groups, and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no significant differences in verbal behavior assessment scale(Ver-BAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the Ver-BAS scores in both groups were increased, and the Ver-BAS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation training can improve the developmental quotient and language competence of children with delayed language development.
