Application of 10S Refined Management in Acute and Critical Illness
Objective:To explore the application of 10S refined management in acute and critical illness.Method:A total of 100 patients with acute and critical illness admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected for this study. They were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases). The control group was given the conventional nursing management mode, and the observation group was given 10S refined management on the basis of the control group, and the clinical indexes, nursing quality scores, quality of life, nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result:The hospitalization time and rescue time of observation group were lower than those of control group, hospitalization cost was less than that of control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the quality of life scores of observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of nursing in observation group(90.00%)was higher than that in control group(72.00%)(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in observation group(18.00%)was lower than that in control group(40.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of 10S refined management for acute and critically ill patients has a significant effect, not only improving the quality of care, but also effectively improving satisfaction of patient and reducing the incidence of adverse events. It has high safety and is worthy of promotion.
