Application of Standardized Pain Nursing Combined with Nutritional Management in Patients with Advanced Cancer
Objective:To explore the application of standardized pain nursing combined with nutritional management in patients with advanced cancer.Method:A total of 100 patients with advanced cancer who underwent palliative intervention in the Department of Radiotherapy,Quanzhou First Hospital,Fujian from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received standardized pain nursing combined with nutritional management on the basis of routine nursing.The scores of numerical rating scale(NRS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and nutritional indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the scores of NRS,SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,hemoglobin,albumin and total serum protein in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized pain nursing combined with nutritional management in patients with advanced cancer can effectively alleviate cancer pain,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve the level of nutritional indexes of patients.
