摘要
目的:分析桃核承气汤加减联合雷火灸治疗急性盆腔炎的效果及对血清炎症指标的影响.方法:选取赣南医学院附属兴国医院 2023 年 1-9 月收治的 84 例急性盆腔炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组.对照组(n=42)采取常规治疗,观察组(n=42)采取桃核承气汤加减联合雷火灸治疗.对比两组症状消失时间、临床疗效、血清炎症指标[C反应蛋白(CRP),降钙素原(PCT)和白介素-6(IL-6)]水平及不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组下腹部坠胀、下腹部疼痛、腰骶部疼痛、阴道分泌物异常及发热消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组CRP、IL-6及PCT水平对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组CRP、IL-6 及PCT水平均降低,观察组CRP、IL-6 及PCT水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:桃核承气汤加减联合雷火灸治疗急性盆腔炎,可促进患者快速康复,临床效果显著,可降低炎症指标水平,且安全可靠.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease and its influence on serum inflammatory indexes.Method:A total of 84 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Xingguo Hospital Affiliated to Gannan Medical College from January to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group(n=42)was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group(n=42)was treated with modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion.Symptom disappearance time,clinical efficacy,the levels of serum inflammatory indexes[C reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-6(IL-6)]and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The disappearance time of lower abdominal pendant expansion,lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain,relief of vaginal secretions and fever in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in CRP,IL-6 and PCT levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and PCT in both groups were decreased,and the levels of CRP,IL-6 and PCT in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease can promote rapid recovery of patients,the clinical effect is significant,can reduce the levels of inflammation indexes,which is safe and reliable.
