Study on the Expression Changes and Correlation of Serum Long Non-coding RNA and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Carcinoma
Objective:To investigate the expression changes and correlation of serum long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma.Method:A total of 90 patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma admitted to Tianyou Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science&Technology from January 2020 to May 2023 were included in the observation group, and 40 patients with benign lung lesions admitted during the same period were included in the control group. The expression levels of serum lncRNA(lncRNA H19,lncRNA DANCR and lncRNA ANRIL)and VEGF(VEGF-A,VEGF-C and VEGF-D)were detected and compared between the two groups. The expression levels of serum lncRNA and VEGF in patients with different gender, age, disease staging, differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis situation were compared in the observation group.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between serum lncRNA and VEGF in patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma.Result:Serum lncRNA and VEGF in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in serum lncRNA and VEGF in patients with disease staging and lymph node metastasis situation in the observation group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum lncRNA were positively correlated with VEGF in patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion:lncRNA H19,lncRNA DANCR,lncRNA ANRIL and VEGF are all highly expressed in patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma, and the above lncRNA are positively correlated with VEGF,which have certain value in the early diagnosis of non-small cell lung carcinoma.
