Research Progress of Radiological Autonomic Neuropathy
Radiological autonomic neuropathy refers to a series of symptoms related to autonomic nerve injury in tumor patients after radiotherapy, such as fatigue, dizziness, nausea, hypotension and abnormal resting heart rate.Because most of the symptoms of autonomic neuropathy are non-specific,they have not attracted the attention of clinicians, but the lesions have seriously affected the quality of life of patients, and should be paid attention to.Therefore, this paper reviews the autonomic neuropathy after radiotherapy, aiming at clarifying the mechanism, understanding the influencing factors and providing intervention measures.
