摘要
放射性自主神经病变是指肿瘤患者在接受放射治疗后出现的一系列自主神经损伤相关症状,如疲劳、头晕、恶心、低血压、静息心率异常等.因自主神经病变症状大多为非特异性的,未能引起临床医师注意,但病变已严重影响患者的生活质量,需要引起重视,故本文对放射治疗后出现的自主神经病变进行综述,目的在于阐明机制,了解影响因素,提供干预措施.
Abstract
Radiological autonomic neuropathy refers to a series of symptoms related to autonomic nerve injury in tumor patients after radiotherapy,such as fatigue,dizziness,nausea,hypotension and abnormal resting heart rate.Because most of the symptoms of autonomic neuropathy are non-specific,they have not attracted the attention of clinicians,but the lesions have seriously affected the quality of life of patients,and should be paid attention to.Therefore,this paper reviews the autonomic neuropathy after radiotherapy,aiming at clarifying the mechanism,understanding the influencing factors and providing intervention measures.
