Study on the Influence of Individualized Nutrition Intervention for Blood Glucose and Fetal Blood Flow of Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
Objective:To investigate the influence of individualized nutrition intervention for blood glucose and fetal blood flow of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 120 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in Jingmen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to October 2023 were divided into control group 60 cases and observation group 60 cases by the random number table method. The control group was treated with routine intervention for gestational diabetes mellitus, the observation group was treated with individualized nutrition intervention. Then the blood glucose control effect, blood glucose indexes fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin),islet function indexes(fasting insulin and insulin resistance index)and fetal blood flow indexes(umbilical and renal artery blood flow indexes)before intervention and after 1 month of the intervention in two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rates of blood glucose control of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, the blood glucose indexes, islet function indexes and fetal blood flow indexes of two groups were compared, the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 1 month of intervention, the blood glucose indexes, islet function indexes and fetal blood flow indexes of two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention, and the blood glucose indexes, islet function indexes and fetal blood flow indexes of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The blood glucose control effect of individualized nutrition intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus is better, and it can significantly improve the fetal blood flow state of patients.
