Application of Nursing Intervention Based on Narrative Concept in Patients Undergoing Thyroid Cancer Surgery and Its Influence on Compliance
Objective:To explore the application of nursing intervention based on narrative concept in patients underwent thyroid cancer surgery and its influence on compliance.Method:A total of 120 thyroid cancer surgery patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Hefei from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected for a retrospective study,grouped by different nursing methods.The control group(n=60)received basic routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(n=60)received nursing intervention based on narrative concept on the basis of the control group.Satisfaction degree,compliance,complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The satisfaction score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The good compliance rate of the observation group(96.67% )was higher than that of the control group(70.00% ),and the poor compliance rate(1.67% )was lower than that of the control group(15.00% ),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on narrative concept in thyroid cancer patients receiving surgical treatment can improve their compliance and satisfaction,facilitate postoperative recovery,effectively improve quality of life,and reduce anxiety.
