The Application Value of Combined Detection of Serum Cystatin C,Urine Micro Albumin, and Neutrophil Gelatinase Associated Lipid Transport Protein in Patients with Early Kidney Injury
Objective:To explore the application effect of combined diagnosis of serum cystatin C(CysC),urinary micro albumin(mAlb),and neutrophil gelatinase associated lipid transport protein(NGAL)in early renal injury.Method:From January 2022 to January 2024,80 patients with diabetes were diagnosed and treated in Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the level of glomerular filtration rate(GFR),they were divided into 38 cases of early renal injury group(group A)and 42 cases of simple diabetes group(group B).38 healthy people were selected to be included in the control group(group C).The serum CysC,NGAL and urine mAlb levels of all patients were detected, and their diagnostic value for early renal injury was analyzed.Result:Compared with group C,the levels of CysC,mAlb and NGAL in group A and group B were all elevated, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with group B,the levels of CysC,mAlb and NGAL in group A were higher, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of CysC,mAlb and NGAL were lower than that of combined diagnosis, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the differences in diagnostic specificity between CysC,mAlb and NGAL alone and in combination were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the accuracy of CysC,mAlb and NGAL were lower than that of combined diagnosis, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of CysC,mAlb and NGAL are abnormally high in patients with early kidney injury, and the combined diagnosis of early kidney injury has high efficacy, which can accurately distinguish early kidney injury.
