Correlation Analysis of the Degree of Neurological Impairment,NK Cells,NLR and Hcy in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To analyze the correlation of the degree of neurological impairment, natural killer(NK)cells,neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and homocysteine(Hcy)in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:Clinical data of eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Yichun City from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected retrospectively, and they were included in the observation group, according to the national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score, they were divided into mild impairment group(40 cases,NIHSS score≤8 point)and severe impairment group(40 cases,NIHSS score>8 points).Meanwhile,40 healthy individuals were selected as the control group. The levels of NK cells,NLR,and Hcy between the observation group before treatment and the control group were compared.Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were conducted to identify the main influencing factors of neurological impairment in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Spearman correlation analysis was conducted to discuss the relationship among the degree of neurological impairment and NK cells,NLR and Hcy.Result:The NK cell level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);NLR and Hcy levels were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis found that the time from onset to admission for treatment in patients with acute cerebral infarction was>4.5 hours,NK cells,NLR and Hcy levels were independent influencing factors of neurological impairment in patients with acute cerebral infarction(P<0.05).The levels of NK cells was negatively correlated with the degree of neurological impairment(P<0.05);NLR and Hcy were positively correlated with the degree of neurological impairment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of NK cells,NLR and Hcy are correlated with the degree of neurological impairment in patients with acute cerebral infarction. They can be used as reference indicators for clinical evaluation.
