Clinical Observation of Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Combined with Cervical LEEP in the Treatment of Cervical Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion
Objective:To investigate the effect of bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)of cervix in the treatment of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion(SIL).Method:A total of 80 patients with SIL admitted to First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from January 2021 to August 2023 were divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40)by random number table method. The control group was treated with carvical LEEP,and the study group was treated with carvical LEEP combined with bFGF.The clinical efficacy, wound healing, inflammatory factors levels and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group(77.50%),the total effective rate of the study group(97.50%)was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the amount of vaginal bleeding in the study group was less, the duration of vaginal bleeding and vaginal fluid flow time were shorter, and the levels of C reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-10(IL-10)after surgery were lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(17.50%),the complication rate of the study group(2.50%)was lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of SIL patients with bFGF combined with carvical LEEP has a significant effect, which is helpful to promote wound healing, reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and the incidence of complications, and has high safety.
