Application Effect of Real-time Ultrasound-guided Microwave Ablation and Laparoscopic Lesion Resection in Patients with Uterine Adenomyoma
Objective:To explore the application effect of real-time ultrasound-guided microwave ablation and laparoscopic lesion resection in patients with uterine adenomyoma.Method:A total of 80 patients with uterine adenomyoma treated in Liaocheng Infectious Disease Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(underwent laparoscopic lesion resection)and observation group(underwent real-time ultrasound-guided microwave ablation)by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Clinical indicators,uterine volume,menstrual volume[pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)],dysmenorrhea score[visual analogue scale(VAS)],follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),carcinoembryonic antigen(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The intraoperative bleeding volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,uterine volume were reduced in both groups,PBAC and VAS scores were decreased,and the uterine volume of observation group was smaller than that of control group,PBAC and VAS scores were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,there were no significant differences in FSH,E2 and LH levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,CA125 and CA19-9 were decreased in both groups,and CA125 and CA19-9 in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in control group was higher than that in observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Real-time ultrasound-guided microwave ablation for uterine adenomyoma can reduce uterine volume,reduce menstrual volume,relieve dysmenorrhea,and reduce CA125 and CA19-9 levels,with high safety.
