摘要
目的:分析硬膜外神经阻滞联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果.方法:选择北京积水潭医院贵州医院 2022 年 2 月—2024 年 2 月收治的 102 例腰椎间盘突出症患者,用随机数字表法分为两组,各 51 例.对照组用硬膜外神经阻滞治疗,观察组用硬膜外神经阻滞联合针刺治疗.比较两组疗效、疼痛程度、腰椎功能、生活质量.结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗 3 周后,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分均低于对照组,日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗 3 周后生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)中各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:硬膜外神经阻滞联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,能够有效降低疼痛程度、改善腰椎功能,并提高患者的生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of epidural nerve block combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 102 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Beijing Jishuitan Hospital,Guizhou Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with epidural nerve block,and the observation group was treated with epidural nerve block combined with acupuncture.The efficacy,pain degree,lumbar function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the Japanese orthopaedic association scores(JOA)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,the scores of each dimensions in generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Epidural nerve block combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which can effectively reduce pain degree,improve lumbar function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
