Clinical Study of Lishi Jiedu Decoction Combined with Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets in the Treatment of High-risk Cervical HPV Infection
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Lishi Jiedu Decoction combined with Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets on cervical high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Method:A total of 82 patients with cervical high-risk HPV infection admitted to Longyan People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and routine group,with 41 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Lishi Jiedu Decoction on the basis of conventional group.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,clinical efficacy,HPV negative conversion rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the main symptoms,secondary symptoms scores and total scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 90.24%,which was higher than 73.17%of conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of HPV in observation group was 90.24%,which was higher than 70.73%in conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lishi Jiedu Decoction combined with Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets is effective in treating cervical high-risk HPV infection,promoting HPV to turn negative,and has good safety.
